About the Event

Join the Conservation Commission for an early summer BioBlitz to inventory the flora and fauna in the Town Forest located off of White’s Lane, on June 13th from 9:00- 11:30 am.

Learn alongside experts and discover the deep realm of biodiversity around you in Hampton!

A light breakfast and snacks will be provided. Limited Parking is available on White's Lane but walking, biking and carpooling is encouraged.

What to bring

Come prepared to spend the morning outside! Bring a water bottle and a camera and/or phone to take pictures and download the iNaturalist app ahead of time if you are able! We will provide bug spray and sunscreen and helpful identification materials. Please be aware, there is no bathroom on site.

Youth Instructions

No experience necessary. All are welcome. This is a family friendly event. Children are welcome with adult supervision. Nature Bingo, with prizes for winners, will be available for children 10 and under.
