About the Event
Join monarch researcher Dr. Karen Oberhauser for an introduction to the Monarch Larva Monitoring Project (MLMP), a community science initiative aimed at understanding and protecting this iconic insect throughout North America. We’ll review monarch biology, explore how MLMP data are being used to support monarch population recovery, and learn what’s involved in setting up a monitoring site of your own.
