About the Event

Help maintain pollinator gardens in Manchester!

The Pollinator Garden Urban Habitat Renewal Project is a focused effort to revive urban green spaces, improve wildlife habitat, and engage the community in Manchester, NH. The program addresses the urgent need to combat declining native pollinator populations, limited access to green areas, and the obstacles between urban dwellers and nature. This project aims to enhance wildlife habitat and community well-being in Manchester. Through collaboration with public schools, local organizations and community members, NH Audubon has established native “Pocket Pollinator Gardens” in five locations on the west side of Manchester, with a sixth planned for installation in 2026.

These Pocket Pollinator Gardens are maintained by a dedicated crew of volunteers. Join to help with new garden design and installation, watering and weeding during the growing season and more!
