About the Event
Join Moosewood Ecological for an all-day bioblitz!
This BioBlitz will take place at one of Derry New Hampshire’s most beloved Conservation Areas: Broadview Farm. The day will be packed with four tours of the property, each focused on a different group of species.
- 8:30-9:30 Birds!
- 10:30-12 Trees, shrubs and plants
- 1-2 Vernal pools and Wetlands
- 2:30-3:30 Butterflies, bugs and bees
This event is hosted by the Derry Conservation Commission and the NH Association of Conservation Commissions in partnership with Moosewood Ecological.
What to bring
We will have kits available to borrow, but you are encouraged to bring a net if you have one. For the best experience, download iNaturalist on your phone prior to arriving. Wear weather-appropriate clothing, and sturdy shoes made for walking.
