This event is a species scavenger hunt where you help find and record on as many different species as possible in one area in a short amount of time. Using iNaturalist, volunteers can show their findings and the final number of species will be tallied. There will be more experienced individuals to help out, so no experience is required. Parking is available at the Hampton Park and Ride on Timber Swamp Rd. in Hampton. All ages are welcome but we kindly ask that children are accompanied by a guardian. Nature Bingo, with prizes for winners, will be available for children 10 and under.
