About the Event
On Thursday, April 30th at 4:30pm, join the Grafton County Conservation District and New Hampshire Academy of Science (NHAS) for a student-led webinar on native New Hampshire orchid conservation!
Middle and high school students from the New Hampshire Academy of Science in Lyme, NH will present their internationally recognized work to preserve the diversity of three species of locally endangered lady's slipper orchids through the establishment of microsanctuaries. Learn about how these orchids are grown from seed by students, and how you can be a part of the preservation of these beautiful plants in New Hampshire by stewarding your own microsanctuary.
