About the Event
Pollinator Pathways NH is thinking spring by hosting a program by Vicki J. Brown, Pollinator Pathways NH founder, NH Natural Resources steward and Speaking for Wildlife Volunteer. Vicki has presented this program for us before, but each year the talk grows and evolves in marvelous new ways, inspiring us with ideas for increasing the biodiversity in our yards. We share our yards with many wildlife species, and much can be done to benefit these independent ecosystems based on the landscaping practices we choose. No matter how big or small, how rural or urban, we can provide critical habitat for birds, bees and other wildlife. Join us on February 16th at 5:00 PM via Zoom. We will be learning more ways to attract and sustain pollinators throughout the year, to provide food and shelter for birds, and to enable pollinators to survive the winter.
This program is sponsored by Speaking for Wildlife, a volunteer project of UNH Cooperative Extension and NH Fish and Game. The online workshop is free, and brought to you by Pollinator Pathways NH in cooperation with Kingston Community Library.
