About the Event
This trail workday will consist of cutting back over grown brush and adding trail markers so visitors can safely enjoy their time on the property and use the trail to connect with the abutting Townsend State Forest land.
What to bring
We recommend volunteers bring a pair of loppers, a handsaw, work gloves, and water. We will bring extra tools, gloves, and water for those who do not have their own.
Youth Instructions
Children are allowed to join our workday if they are accompanied by an adult. While all ages are welcome, we do not recommend this workday for children under the age of 12.
