About the Event
Help spruce up the 0.5-mile trail at YLT’s limited-access Moody Pasture Preserve! Volunteers will use loppers to trim vegetation along the trail corridor, repaint trail blazes, and remove downed limbs and sticks from the trail surface. This morning of maintenance will help keep the trail safe and enjoyable for visitors. Meet at the Exit 7 York Park and Ride, where we’ll carpool to the site.
What to bring
Participants should come prepared with work gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, long pants, and sturdy footwear suitable for hiking. Bring water and dress in layers as needed. Tools and materials will be provided.
