About the Event

Please join our Stewardship volunteers at our Norton Preserve property, which contains 177 acres. We also plan to trim back the vegetation on the yellow trail, and remove some trees from trails. Many hands are needed, and you will make a difference in these beautiful woods.

Where to meet: End of Norton Road, Kittery Point. The trailhead is just past the yellow farmhouse on the left. Please do not park at the entrance to the trail head. Two cars can park in the small area about 100 yards back down Norton Rd on the right heading towards the preserve. More cars can park at 143 Norton Rd on the left side of the driveway.

What to bring

Bring the tools of your choice such as hand saws, loppers, hand pruners, or an axe. We have some extra hand saws and pruners if you don't have tools.

Youth Instructions

Youth are welcome under adult supervision
