About the Event

Help make the Sweet Trail sweet again! Join Forest Society staff as we make replace a few small sections of bog bridging in Dame Forest portion of the Sweet Trail. This project will focus on removing the old bog bridging, moving in new lumber, and building the replacement bridging. Materials will be delivered to the area where we plan to park, but then needing to be carried to the worksite - there will be carrying of supplies for some distance involved for this workday.

What to bring

Bring work clothes, boots, work gloves, a packed lunch, and water.

Youth Instructions

Youth 16-18 are welcome to join if paperwork is completed in advance. Youth 13-15 are welcome to join if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Work is not suitable for youth under 13 years of age.
