About the Event
Help pick up litter around Dover in honor of Earth Day!
Join together with your neighbors and community members to pick up trash in wards around the city! The area with the most, second most and third most participants wins bragging rights and a group trophy. Keep an eye on the time and make sure to return to Horne Street School by 10:30 AM with all the litter you collected for the group photo.
We’ll provide bags – all you need to bring is your enthusiasm!
Note: Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
What to bring
Wear safety vest or bright clothing, gloves, closed-toe, flat-heeled shoes. No sandals or flip-flops. If you have a litter tool and/or a wagon, bring it.
