About the Event

Explore the wetlands at Gunstock and help care for the trail! Remove leaves and needles from boardwalk, minor maintenance including painting, trail trimming, invasive plant (purple loosestrife, bittersweet, glossy buckthorn) removal, pollinator garden weeding. Snacks and beverages provided (including Athletic Brewing) and gloves and tools but you can bring yours if preferred.

Directions: Enter Gunstock, turn rt on Campground Rd, push call button and say you are volunteering for the Wetlands Walk, follow the signs (bear rt, turn rt 2x), park along the driveway. Gunstock is Belknap County’s public park and is 2000 acres.
