About the Event
Learn to ID invasive plants and help remove them to restore habitat on this little gem of a park that sits at the confluence of Follett’s Brook and the Piscassic River. We plan to host a workday planting natives next spring.
What to bring
Dress for outdoor work, wear sturdy shoes and long pants/ sleeves.
We will have extra gloves and all the tools needed.
Youth Instructions
Youth are welcome, accompanied by a parent/guardian if they would like to participate.
