About the Event

Get your hands dirty removing invasive species from Parker River National Wildlife Refuge! Learn plant ID and manual management techniques, while helping cut and pull invasive woody plants including oriental bittersweet and morrow honeysuckle throughout the Pines Trail of Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. Whether you have experience or are looking to learn something knew, this meet up is for you!

Rain date will be scheduled for February 23, 10:00am-1:00pm.

What to bring

Wear sturdy shoes and clothes you do not mind getting dirty. Please bring work gloves, plenty of water and bypass loppers if you have them!

Youth Instructions

Ages 14 and up are welcome.
