About the Event

Join UNH Extension Foresters Mike Gagnon and Steve Roberge for this hands-on workshop focused on field identification of upland non-native invasive plant species in New Hampshire. In addition to non-native invasive species, we will also identify native trees, shrubs, and vines in the surrounding area, comparing invasive species to some of their common native look-a-likes.

This event is being presented in conjunction with the NH Invasives Academy (Friday, August 19th) for those who would like to build their identification skills.

Both sessions will be identical so please choose the time that works best for you and register for one session only. This workshop will be entirely outdoors.

This event is free, but space is limited, registration is required.

What to bring

Comfortable shoes, clothes appropriate for the field (sun and bug protection), hat, water bottle.
