About the Event
Our Lakes Region Conservation Corps (LRCC) Members would love some help with trail work at LRCT’s Sugarloaf Ridge-Goose Pond Conservation Area in Alexandria. We will be working to improve the Brook Trail and the Around the Pond Trail. Lakes Region Conservation Corps members will train you to use trail maintenance tools and clear the trail corridor. We will be working from 9 to 12 pm and 12:30 to 3:30 pm.
What to bring
Snacks and lunch, plenty of water, bug spray, sunscreen, closed-toed shoes, work gloves, and a positive attitude!
In addition, if you have your own pair of loppers or hand saw that would be great to bring along too!
