About the Event
What will you do? Remove the invasive buckthorn with gloves, loppers, and shovels.
Suitable for ages 12 and up. You can park at the Upper Sheepfold parking lot in Stoneham, off of Route 28.
Please note, there are no restrooms at this site.
Dogs: While we love experiencing the outdoors with our dogs, this program is not suitable for dogs. We ask that you please leave your furry friends home while attending this program. Check out our calendar for dog-friendly events!
What to bring
Please bring sunscreen, a hat, your own reusable water bottle, and a snack. We recommend wearing sturdy shoes, long sleeves, and long pants in case of any poison ivy or tick exposure. Please feel free to bring gloves if you have them, but they will also be provided.
