Come off-trail with Natural Resources Director Lionel Chute for an exploration in the Sullivan County Mature Forest Natural Area. Big trees abound adjacent to a grassy marsh system. This is a rich variety of habitats for many plant and animal species. Let's go "back woods" and see what we can find!

We will be meeting at the Eco Ag Center at the Sullivan County Complex in Unity and caravanning to the Stowell property. Please wear sturdy shoes. Binoculars, sun block and bug repellent are also recommended.

The cost of the walk is $5 and participants must register in advance. Group size is limited, so sign up early - call or email Lionel at 603-542-4891 (lchute@sullivancountynh.gov). Families are welcome!
