About the Event

Join us on Saturday, July 25 for a volunteer workday at Greensboro Ridge Natural Area! Together we’ll work to clear small shrubs and brush from the property’s habitat clearings. These open gaps in the forest canopy create valuable edge habitat enjoyed by a variety of native species.

Tools and work gloves will be provided (but feel free to bring your own gloves/loppers/handsaws). For more information, email savannah@hanoverconservancy.org.

What to bring

Please bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, or anything else you need to be comfortable working outside. All tools and gloves will be provided.

Youth Instructions

Youth volunteers are welcome! We require a parent/guardian signature on volunteer waivers for volunteers under 18.
