About the Event

There are 3 separate trails located off of 200 US Rte 1, home of the Yorks Parks and Recreation Office, the Grant House that are in need of spring cleanup. The focus will be on clearing branches/debris, trail blazing and improving trail tread on what totals to be around 1 mile of trails. The following weekend York Parks and Recreation will be using the cleaned up trails for the Annual Springtime Surprises Event. In the Easter spirit, Easter Eggs will be hidden along the trail system to kids to find. Tools and Equipment will be provided. Please plan to meet in the parking lot in front of the Grant House. Snacks and Refreshments will be provided afterwards. Youth are welcome, but parents must accompany youth volunteers for duration of volunteer project.
