About the Event
Help remove pesky invasive plants! At Joppa Hill Educational Farm we have horses, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and a ton of invasive vines decorating our fence lines. We are looking for volunteers to help trim vines off our fence lines. This will help keep the fences in good shape, which in turn help keep the animals safe in their paddocks.
What to bring
Clothing to protect you from prickle bushes, poison ivy, and the sun. Bring clippers, trimmers, and nippers. We have some. Gloves, water, bug repellent.
Youth Instructions
This is for 18+ due to the nature of the work.
