About the Event

Join York Land Trust staff to learn about caring for our trails at Highland Farm! Volunteers will work in small groups to learn how to blaze trails to guide trail users without distracting from the natural character of the preserve and to create a corridor around the trail so park users can walk freely on the trails.

What to bring

Please bring closed-toed shoes, work gloves, water, and wear clothes that are comfortable getting paint on. This event will take place rain or shine, so bring appropriate clothing for the weather.

Youth Instructions

Meet at the Highland Farm parking lot. This workday is free and open to the public with registration.
