About the Event
Join SVT's Weed Warrior's to pull glossy buckthorn from Memorial Forest. This property has a globally rare habitat (scrub oak/pitch pine barren) that we are trying to restore. Managing the buckthorn is essential for us to be successful.

What to bring
Masks are required. Bring gloves, water, and snacks. We recommend wearing long sleeves and pants to prevent ticks and Poison Ivy.
Youth Instructions
Children 11 and older are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
