About the Event

College Woods and the UNH Office of Woodlands & Natural Areas need you! This special forest on the UNH campus is being overrun with glossy buckthorn, a non-native invasive shrub that crowds out native plants. We’ll be hand-pulling buckthorn to help improve the health of College Woods using COVID safety protocols including masks and social distancing.

This opportunity is open to members of the UNH community who are enrolled in regular COVID testing only. Please use your UNH email to register.

What to bring

Please bring a mask, water bottle, long sleeve shirt and pants and sturdy shoes. Clean work gloves will be provided.

Youth Instructions

This experience is open to enrolled UNH students, UNH faculty and staff enrolled in UNH COVID testing.
