About the Event
We could use help sprucing up the 6 miles of County Land trails. We will meet at the Eco Ag Center at 9am and split into groups. Each group will have someone with a chainsaw and the skills to use it. The other folks in the group will be using rakes and pruning shears/loppers. Groups will hike the Glidden Ridge Trail, Barrette Trail, and Unity Mountain Trail.
What to bring
We have some pruners, loppers, and metal rakes we will provide. You are welcome to bring your favorite trailwork tool if you like. Please wear pants and sturdy shoes and bring water, snacks and/or lunch. Bug spray is a good idea. Ticks are out and about.
Youth Instructions
Youth should be accompanied by an adult.
