About the Event
Learn to identify multiple species of aggressive invasive plant species present at Fuller Forest. We will mainly be tackling burning bush, honeysuckle, and bittersweet, all opportunists that can be seen everywhere from roadsides and backyards to forests and fields. How did they get here and why do they need to be removed? Join us and learn more during this active, hands-on event!
What to bring
Participants should come prepared wearing work gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and pants, and shoes suitable for hiking. Bring water and layers as needed. Tools and materials will be provided. This event will take place rain or shine.
