About the Event

Come garden in the woods and create native habitat! We will be identifying, cutting and pulling the following invasive plants: Oriental Bittersweet, Multiflora Rose, Japanese Knotweed, Glossy Buckthorn and Autumn Olive. All Ages and abilities welcome. Cut 1 or cut 100 invasive plants. Workdays for planting native seeds and plants this April will be announced soon.

Why? Controlling Invasive plants helps native plants thrive, increasing biodiversity and soil health factors like water, carbon, and nitrogen storage.
