Celebrate national Citizen Science Day (April 13, 2019) by contributing to the NH Green Crab Project. Volunteers are needed to search the coast for invasive green crabs as part of a monitoring effort and to evaluate the potential for a commercial fishery. Volunteers will be given brief training in crab ID and survey methods by Fisheries Extension Specialist, Dr. Gabby Bradt of NH Sea Grant and UNH Cooperative Extension. The Coastal Research Volunteer program will provide support and offer information about future opportunities. Come join us for a fun day on the coast!
