About the Event

Your yard and community can provide critical habitat for birds, bees and other wildlife. With a few simple changes to your landscaping practices, you can:

  • Increase wildlife variety, including birds, in your yard
  • Decrease time spent on mowing and other yard chores
  • Reduce or eliminate watering

Speaker Vicki J. Brown is a marketer, naturalist, NH Natural Resources Steward, co-founder of Pollinator Pathways NH, and local leader of weekly Wednesday Walks in the Woods. She gives this presentation as a volunteer with UNH Extension's Speaking for Wildlife project.
