About the Event
Join the Shirley Greenway Committee in the ongoing restoration of Fredonian Park and Nature Center in Shirley Village, a municipal park that includes a charming stretch of Catacunemaug Brook and a small pond. We will be removing invasives and preparing areas for fall planting. Learn invasive plant identification and restoration principles through this hands-on experience.
