About the Event
The Dartmouth Outing Club and Appalachian Trail Conservancy are hosting several trail work days this season. Join us as we monitor and re-blaze the boundaries of the protected trail corridor between Hanover and Mt. Moosilauke. The work includes relocating boundary monuments using GPS and maps, repainting blazes, and trimming back brush with hand tools. No experience necessary, only a desire to get outside, follow blazes through the woods, and help care for this priceless resource for future generations. Training provided.
What to bring
Close-toed shoes, work gloves if you have them, clothes you don't mind getting dirty and potentially splattered with paint.
Youth Instructions
All people under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
