About the Event

Join YLT Stewardship Coordinator Evelyn Brown to learn how to care for trails at Highland Farm! Volunteers will work in small groups to blaze trails, guiding users while preserving the natural character of the preserve, and create clear corridors to enhance trail accessibility.

Meet at the Highland Farm Preserve parking lot. This workday is free and open to the public with registration. Please register here.

What to bring

Please bring closed-toed shoes, work gloves, and water. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on, and dress appropriately for the weather as this event will occur rain or shine.

Youth volunteers under 16 should be accompanied by an adult
