About the Event

Join us for a beautiful fall day along the Contoocook River in Antrim at McCabe Forest! This forest is in need of a lot of love and attention! So come one, come all to bog bridge building, repairing an established bridge, trailhead improvement for visibility, hanging newly made signage, brushing trails, blazing trails, and even more.

Yes, we need you and would love to see you there. We intentionally have waited for this workday in the fall to reduce the number of bugs present in an effort to increase the number of people present :)

What to bring

Morning coffee and snacks will be offered at 8:45am and the workday will begin at 9:00. Please bring a packed lunch, water, other snacks, work gloves, long pants, closed toed shoes and anything else that will help you be more comfortable in the woods on a lovely fall day. Tools for the job will be provided and there are extra work gloves and additional PPE available for use.

Youth Instructions

Youth 13-15 are welcome to join with a parent, 16+ welcome with parent permission (sign liability waiver in advance)
