About the Event
Join York Land Trust at York Public Library property and learn to confidently identify multiple aggressive invasive plant species. These plant species are opportunists that can be seen everywhere from roadsides and backyards to forests and fields. How did they get here and why do they need to be removed? Join us and learn more during this active, hands-on event!
What to bring
Participants should come prepared wearing work gloves, shoes you don’t mind getting muddy, long sleeves, and pants. Bring water and layers as needed. Tools and materials will be provided. Meet in the Library parking lot. This workday is free and open to the public.
