With the help of a hardy corps of volunteers the SLA maintains over 50 miles of trails in the Squam watershed each year! The Squam Lakes Association is dedicated to managing over 50 miles of hiking trail in the the Squam watershed and offers year-round trail management training and volunteer opportunities to protect and steward this special watershed in New Hampshire. Volunteers can adopt a trail of their own by signing up for our Trail Adopter's Program, or assist for a morning or afternoon.
