About the Event
Join the Conservation Department and Lincoln Land Conservation Trust for an afternoon of invasive plant education, camaraderie, and habitat restoration. These monthly volunteer opportunities will provide participants with information on invasive plant identification and best management practices that they can apply to their own backyards.
Beaver Pond: The goal of this workday is to clear glossy buckthorn from the forest understory. This site has seen continuous invasive species management efforts by volunteers over the past three years.
Meeting location, event details, and waiver will be emailed to registrants prior to the workday. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
