About the Event
Teachers and wastewater operators – Tap into your local water experts and Project WET to bring high-quality water science and real-world water issues to your students and community! Join us November 20 in Concord for a workshop about water science and be certified as a Project WET Educator. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Teachers, this is an opportunity to collaborate with a local wastewater operator – someone who understands the science and engineering practices that make our modern water system possible. Operators, learn tools to get your message out to your community, improve plant tours, educate direct customers and promote wastewater careers to the next generation.
Cost: $50.00, includes the Project WET Curriculum & Activity Guide and snacks; Register with a local teacher / wastewater operator and you both receive a significant registration discount – teachers attend FREE! We can help you find a local operator to attend with.
