Description

Do you have an eye for plants?  Do you spend time in the Batten Kill Watershed (northern Bennington County, Vermont)?

The Bennington County Conservation District is looking for volunteers to find and report “Early Detection” invasive species. Simply photograph and record basic information about a short list of species as you find them, and enter the information online. This helps to direct management efforts in Vermont, and ultimately helps preserve the unique and diverse character of the places you care about!  To get involved, contact the Batten Kill Watershed CISMA (Comprehensive Invasive Species Management Association) Coordinator: Juliana Quant - Juliana@bccdvt.org or 802-442-2275
